Birchfield is very active in the community, working with a number of organisations and through its’ own programmes.

Knight Frank Birchfield Harriers Schools Academies

The Knight Frank Schools Academy is a programme run in schools which have no athletics provision. A qualified coach runs a session each week in term time and young athletes are then invited to the club.

Levelling the Playing Field

Levelling the Playing Field National Awards at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham. Levelling the Playing Field uses the power of sport and physical activity to improve health and life outcomes for ethnically diverse children who are more likely to enter, or are already involved with the Criminal Justice System. Birchfield worked with them to support their awards at the Alexander Stadium in 2023.
